everytime i go to a korean restaurant they always serve 4 kind of appetizer, one is kimchee, the potato something what do u call that? and the sea weed with sauce and the sour thing i dont know the name, can somebody tell me what they are and how to cook them because i love it! ahhahKOREAN FOOD HELP!!! please name some of this appetizer!?
They're not really appetizers, more like side dishes or condiments. The potato stuff is just potato salad- a leftover from the German days. Kimchi is easy to make... try the link below. Good luck!
