ok well i wouldn't use real pot in baking THC metabolizes in fat so pot butter would be better. (pot butter is made with shake or leaves.) the whole nugs are kinda a waste. but if you must if you are doing brownies i would use a box mix and about a dub. grinded no stems or seeds, sprinkled in the final mix before it goes into the oven. if you are just making dinner or something mix it with the butter or oil. otherwise just smoke it.How much to use when cooking?
